Thanks to both Federal Government – Indigenous Language and Arts and NT Government – Dept of Health, TYM is now facilitating Women of Artful Flavours and Beats of Culture weekend workshops at Daly River/Nauiyu community and Batchelor/Adelaide River, to support our more remote young people with cultural artistic activities. The young people have been working with community elders to write original songs in language which they will record for airplay on their local community radio station.
