Welcome to Country at Parliament House

Edwin Fejo presented a very eloquent WTC for the Northern Territory Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Worker and Practitioner Excellence awards conducted at Parliament House. I as the founder of The Youth Mill always have a sense of pride when I hear Edwin deliver such a profound speech, spoken about his land and his people, the Larrakia people. It moves me to know the The Youth Mill is creating platforms where young Indigenous people have a sense of pride, identity and acceptance of who they are and the importance of their cultural maintenance.
